Description
Green Man Lawn Care is a rapidly growing network of outlets and franchises offering an annual lawn care service to its customers. As part of our ongoing expansion project, we’re looking for employees to join our team.
You will be trained to become a Green Man Local Lawn Expert, and you will be required to grow the business and operate the Green Man Lawn Care service to customers within your territory. Full training in all aspects of running a Green Man Lawn Care territory will be given from the start and throughout.
Over a short space of time, you will become increasingly more responsible for the growth and daily running of a territory. This will involve growing the customer base, through to carrying out the lawn care services for our customers. Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing a team within the territory. As your customer base increases, so will your responsibilities. With this you will see an increase in your salary as you hit set milestones.
The ideal candidate needs to be motivated and target driven, and must have the same passion for offering the high standard of service that our customers are familiar with. They must have a willingness to learn, and have the tenacity to see a project through to the end. Most importantly, the candidate must be able to work on their own to a high standard, with the full support from our branch support team based at our head office.
The majority of the working day will be spent driving from customer to customer, carrying out lawn care services and treatments and promoting the business. The ideal candidate must enjoy working outdoors.

Experience:
